Puppy Love

We just brought home our new 12 week old white German Shepherd from K9 R and R Dog Rescue. We named her Juno (for the Roman Goddess who was the "protector of Rome" -- we hope she becomes protector of our home). Mostly she just sits around and looks cute and poses for pictures.

Actually mostly she tries to kill her toy squirrel, makes an effort to pee and poop in the right places (sometimes not so successfully), eats food, chews on toys and follows us around from room to room.
Fortunately, she takes lots of naps, otherwise I'd be even more exhausted than I already am.

So adorable - those ears!!!! Congrats on the addition to the household, it's so much fun. We're still enjoying the puppy phase - I don't want Murphy to grow out of it!!

Thanks for all the cuteness comments. I wish Juno could hear all the praise! Kelly -- we'll have to get the dogs together sometime. Murphy can probably teach Juno a think or two!

Very handsome young pup. Well done. Potentially difficult to track Juno thru the snow drifts. Good luck with the puppy whispering!
